What to do at the Vancouver Lookout
The Vancouver Lookout is similar to our Q1 on the Gold Coast.or Sydney’s CentrePoint Tower. It’s a very tall building with around 600 stairs to the top. Luckily you will go up in a lift! The ride takes only a few minutes and there’s a view over the city, you’ll get the sense you’re flying. It was opened by Neil Armstrong in 1977.
At the top there’s wifi and an audio tour you can access to learn about the city. Walk around in either direction and take in the views out over Vancouver. There are signs pointing out landmarks with information about them. We loved seeing the city but the views out over the water to the mountains were unbeatable!.
Vancouver Lookout Restaurant
At the very top of the Vancouver Lookout is the Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant. It is a really beautiful place for dinner overlooking the city.
Best place to stay in Vancouver
We stayed at the St Regis Hotel and it was excellent! We can’t recommend it more highly. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable and the staff are incredible. The location is perfectly centred in the heart of Downtown you can walk the city easily or jump on public transport. This our full review of our stay at the St Regis Hotel.
